Results of the ballot on proposed changes to the PACFA Constitution

The ballot for the proposed changes to the PACFA constitution was open from 12-19 October. The results of the three proposed amendments have been received by the PACFA Board from the election platform ‘Election Runner,’ who were contracted to independently manage the ballots.

Proposed amendment 1: Resolve the circular resolution at Constitution 25.4

Amendment accepted: 99% (396 votes)
Amendment Rejected: 1% (4 votes)

Proposed amendment 2: Stop counting abstentions as negative votes and enable online voting for all delegates on Council matters

Amendment accepted: 99% (395 votes)
Amendment Rejected: 1% (5 votes)

Proposed amendment 3: Correct error in numbering at Constitution 29.1.1 (e)

Amendment accepted   100% (400 votes)
Amendment Rejected    0% (0 votes)
