PACFA has established an exciting new partnership with one of Australia’s largest employee assistance program providers, Benestar

Benestar have locations and opportunities available across Australia. Benestar has helped over 2.4 million employees and their families over their 30 years in operation.

Benestar offers help, support and guidance in many ways including individual face to face counselling, attending critical incidents, performing assessments or organisational development and training through seminars. Working with Benestar offers you the chance to make a big difference to the mental health of people throughout Australia.

Benestar are currently recruiting Employee Assistance Program Clinicians in Brisbane and Hobart - read the job descriptions for an insight into some of the roles PACFA members are eligible for with Benestar.

Register now for an information session exclusive to PACFA members, which will be held on Tuesday 8 March, 5pm (AEDT), via Zoom. 

The Benestar information session will cover eligibility, the employment streams that are possible for PACFA members, and more. 

Establishing partnerships is a key part of PACFA’s advocacy to raise the profile of the counselling and psychotherapy profession and create new opportunities for members. 

Expression of interest forms will be sent to members after the webinar. Benestar will then advise of the interview process and next steps.
