Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Australia & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders and National Eating Disorders Collaboration have worked closely with clinicians, people with lived experience and the mental health sector to develop criteria for a credential for mental health professionals providing treatment for people with eating disorders.
The ANZAED Eating Disorder Credential will provide formal recognition of qualifications, knowledge, training, and professional development activities needed to meet minimum standards for delivery of safe and effective eating disorders treatment.
