About me

My practice
I have been in practice for 22 years working with adult clients. I offer supportive counselling, trauma therapy, short term work for specific issues or long term work with those seeking to gain a better understanding of their internal states. The majority of people I see present with varying levels of anxiety, depression or personality issues. I am happy to see anyone who is actively interested in seeking help and am available for face-face and/or online work. I have a sliding scale of fees and I am willing to meet the individual at what they can afford. I am accredited supervisor and offer supervision to individuals or groups.
