About me

My practice
As a counsellor, I have been helping people live their best life for over 20 years. I love assisting people to tell the stories, assess where they are at and help them develop strategies to live the life they want.
I am also a registered EMDR Therapist and am finding many people benefiting from this therapy.
My Practice is in the beautiful Scenic Rim, just 45 mins form Ipswich and 1 hour from Brisbane. I also see clients on line, from the comfort of their own home or even during their lunch break at work!
