Couples, relationship counselling and individuals. Zero Judgement. I work with adult and youths using a trauma informed practice.
Process for couples- I'll meet you together, then as individuals for a session and finally move forward together if you choose to continue with me.
We will explore issues safely, respectfully and considerately. You are the experts of you and your needs.
