About me

My practice
I am a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist with Counselling and Psychotherapy and Social Work degrees. I have extensive experience in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. With a commitment to enhancing well-being, I have worked with people supporting them through a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, grief, and relational difficulties.

Professionally I have worked in various fields, including adult mental health, child and adolescent mental health, community alcohol and drug services, education, and child protection. This broad spectrum of experience allows me to offer a holistic approach tailored to your individual needs.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families including working with children and adolescents, supporting families during the adolescent stages, addressing family and relationship issues, fostering self-confidence, managing anxiety, assisting individuals affected by trauma, and providing care for those struggling with depression, mood-related problems, and substance use issues.

My approach is rooted in a person-centred perspective, where I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to creating a safe space for change. In practice, I am dedicated to helping clients build safe and supportive relationships, empowering them to grow and heal.
