About me

My practice
I work with those experiencing all types of mental health and physical issues. I have an especial interest in working through the body and how our body responds to our experiences and to life's challenges and pressures - including those with serious mental health issues, who have been through traumas or have complex PTSD.

By working with the body we can directly access those parts of the nervous system that help soothe, promote an appropriate response and support relationship. As this happens that which drive us into fight/flight and freeze responses is disarmed and resilience and a sense of mastery emerges.
