My practice
I am driven by supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties that might include trauma, life transitions, grief, anger, relationship breakdowns, parenting support, confidence/resilience building and managing a mental health diagnosis. I aim to work alongside my client to empower them to establish alternative ways of thinking and behaving, in order to foster their journey of becoming self reliant. I facilitate a warm, safe and therapeutic space by upholding empathy, curiosity and authenticity as my core values personally and professionally.
