About me

My practice
My practice integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, and relational modalities with Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential techniques (including Gestalt and art-making), ACT and mindfulness-based interventions informed by neuroscience and embodied awareness. I work sensitively with individuals navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, addiction and identity issues, entrenched relational patterns, and ADHD.
I previously worked at South Pacific Private, where I supported individuals and groups in recovery from addiction, trauma, mood disorders, and interpersonal difficulties. Alongside one-to-one work, I facilitated psychoeducational workshops, lectures and experiential group therapy sessions, focusing on themes such as depression and anxiety, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and boundaries. This role strengthened my ability to hold therapeutic structure while meeting clients with warmth, creativity, and flexibility. I’ve also worked with trauma programmes across the UK and U.S., deepening my understanding of recovery in diverse settings and enriching the way I hold therapeutic space. My earlier career in creative industries, including interior design, continues to inform my intuitive, flexible, and imaginative approach to therapy.
I currently see clients in person in Surry Hills and online. Please feel free to reach out or see my website if you would like further information.
