Alana is a trauma informed, psychotherapist and sexologist who specialises in working with issues that impact gender, sex and sexuality. Down to earth and non-judgemental, she helps her clients break down barriers and find the language to communicate their lived experiences with more clarity. Alana has a passion for working holistically, cultivating the relationship between the mind-body so that her clients can feel their emotions as well as be able to communicate them.
