My practice
New clients welcome. Workcover clients welcome. BUPA and other private health fund rebates available. I am a qualified therapist, mental health trainer and crisis supporter. I will listen, support and guide. You might like us to meet at my St Leonards rooms, online, or at a beach or park near you. You might like to talk about your grief, trauma, relationships, family, moods, unhelpful behaviours, difficult thoughts or just an everyday problem that seems hard to sort out. I use Brainspotting, EMDR and myriad other approaches to support your healing journey. I also offer customised and evidence-backed mental health training sessions for groups, workplaces and individuals.
