About me

My practice
I am a Creative Arts Therapist (AThR) and Certified Practising Counsellor (PACFA) with a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy. My practice is grounded in the belief that creativity and self-expression are powerful tools for healing and personal growth. I work with individuals experiencing complex trauma, CPTSD, mental health challenges, and neurodivergence, including those navigating psychosocial disabilities, chronic health conditions, and life transitions.

I blend art therapy techniques, somatic practices, and mindfulness with art-making to help clients explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and cultivate new pathways to healing. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel empowered to express themselves through creative modalities, including visual arts, claywork, movement, and embodied practices.

I have experience working with adults and NDIS participants, offering personalised therapeutic support for those with complex trauma, neurodivergence, and mental health recovery. My work is tailored to each person’s unique needs and preferences, and I am committed to walking with clients on their journey toward healing and resilience.
