My name is Kwan. I am a qualified mental health counsellor with accreditation from Australia Counselling Association with a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I have empathy and compassion to provide support and care. If you are experiencing mental health issues personally or at work, I welcome you to talk to me to provide you support and be understood.
It is OK to reach out for help. I have worked in the corporate and business sectors for more than 25 years and have the experience to support you. If you struggle to articulate yourself in English and prefer to speak to someone in your native tongue, I also conduct therapy in Mandarin and Cantonese.
