* Certified Practicing PACFA members have studied at AQF Level 7 (Bachelor degree) or above, with a minimum of 400 hours instruction in counselling or psychotherapy subjects, plus have a minimum of 40 hours client contact, and 10 hours of supervision.

About me

My practice
I use a combination of person-centred counselling, mindfulness and body-focused psychotherapies, which I find to be a powerful, yet gentle and flexible combination. I am also a Level 1 practitioner of IFS (Internal Family Systems).
A session is a collaborative process between you and me and not something I 'do' to you. I often find myself working with people's emotions, and earlier life experiences underlying those.
I have a deep trust in people’s capacity to overcome difficulties in their life. I see the therapy process as simply the catalyst they need for change, healing and growth to take place. My style of counselling is gentle, authentic and compassionate. One of my strengths is listening deeply to where you're at, and to find what you need to move forward.
