About me

My practice
We can choose to be in a continual process throughout our lives of learning who we are and how to move within our relationships with others and ourselves. Our past can influence our present and be difficult to find the words to express what is happening or happened. Often our bodies remember when our mind does not remember. My aim is to be with you as you process what is challenging you, going at your pace.
I have many years experience working with individuals in families.
I am open to seeing kids from 8 years and people of all ages if after negotiation it appears we could experience growth within the therapy.
Currently I am available for counselling on Thursdays in Ulladulla NSW and online on Fridays and some Saturdays.
