Evan is a certified CBT therapist and has knowledge in a range of approaches such as Mindfulness Therapy, DBT, ACT, MBT, Bowen Family Therapy, Hobson’s Conversational Model, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Existential Psychotherapy.
