My practice
​I am not only a qualified counsellor and career counsellor but as a mother of 4 little kids, including twins and a child with special needs, I understand the chaos of motherhood, and working.

The running of a household, juggling events, sports, homework, and whatever else life throws at you! It can be constant chaos and can be exhausting!

I understand the need for support, to be heard, to have undivided attention that is just yours, as you give to so many.

Counselling gives you a safe space to work through your thoughts, to identity those obstacles and to begin to put goals in place to achieve your dreams.

For over 16 years I have worked within the fields of Careers, Counselling, Mental Health and Disabilities.

My range of qualifications and experience give me valuable insight into the mind and a great understanding of career development.

I am here to help you where you are at.
