About me

My practice
I have been working in the arena of psychotherapy and mental health since 2005 in a range of settings with private practice and working for a non for profit organization in the fields of unemployment, disability and mental health services. My work includes both individual and group counselling/psychotherapy/supervision and psycho educational workshops. My passion is assisting clients reach their potential, maintain good mental health, growth in self-confidence, empowerment and self-worth.
I also practice couples counselling utilising modalities such as Emotionally Focussed therapy and Gottman therapy.
