About me

My practice
If you are feeling overwhelmed with stress and anxiety relating to work, family, health, relationships and life in general, I can help. If you are juggling a demanding career, ageing parents, facing an empty nest or navigating your own changing health, I can help. Working online and face-to-face with adults over the age of 18 , I work with my clients to find solutions that work for their specific needs. Providing a safe, non-judgemental space, I specialise in general mental health through an inclusive lens. With a particular area of interest in women's mental health and mid-life life transitions, I offer both professional and personal lived experience. Based in Randwick NSW, I also offer national online sessions, offering affordable fees and convenient hours that work around your busy schedule.
