I specialise in working with teens, adults, and families. I am credentialed in Australia, with almost 10 years of professional work experience. I support clients with trauma, abuse, depression, stress, anxiety, addictive behaviour, LGBTIQ -related issues, grief and loss. With lived experiences of depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, cancer, addictive behaviour, and parenting struggles (children with special needs), and by overcoming them, I hope to journey alongside you in your healing and recovery with my heart, knowledge, and experience. I provide an open, safe, respectful, and authentic space where your thoughts and feelings can be freely expressed without fear of judgment. My mission is to understand you, recognise your potential, and support you in overcoming life's challenges.
