Sherridan is a Gestalt therapist | EMDR therapist | clinical counsellor in private practice for 15 years working with Couples and Individuals. Sherridan draws on multiple modalities such as Existential Life Coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), grounding, body and breathe awareness and relaxing techniques, visualisation and retrieval exercises, all tailored uniquely for you in a collaborative process of listening and exploring reoccurring concerning themes.
As part of Gestalt therapy work Sherridan can guide you through Empty Chair work and support you in understanding your childhood development years through Gestalt principles and experiential work.
EMDR – Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR’s goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
Sherridan supports individuals and couples on journeys of self-discovery through understanding vital areas of their lives, including emotional development, identity, responses to the world, awareness, process of enquiry, living skills, and capacity for self-responsibility.
