About me

My practice
I am a holistic counsellor and coach who combines mindfulness-based, ecotheraputic and depth psychology in my sessions. I've have been teaching mindfulness for over two decades and trained in MBSR. I like to shift clients from an individualistic mindset towards a more ecological worldview that provides context and clarity and less pathologising when seeking greater understanding and awareness of their current challenges.
