My practice
I will work collaboratively with you to help you find understanding, well-being and wholeness. I do this by gently and non-judgmentally inviting you to explore the things that you have been struggling with. Many times there is relief simply by bringing these often hidden parts of ourselves into the open through speaking them out to a compassionate listener; and sometimes it can take time and patience to uncover patterns and ways of thinking that keep you stuck. I will support you as you access your innate strength and wisdom. You may be feeling pain, sadness, shame, guilt, anger, or grief - all of these emotions are welcome in the counselling room.

I am qualified with a Master of Counselling degree, and as a counsellor I am calm, patient, willing to accept you as you are, and come alongside as you process what is going on for you. I look forward to meeting you.
