About me

My practice
I work with adults who are seeking to understand and navigate their inner worlds, manage significant life changes, be supported through loss and grief, improve their mental health, explore relationship to self and other, and heal to foster emotional wellness. As a qualified doula, I have a particular interest in working with clients during the perinatal period and other life transitions.

My journey to counselling is inspired by a deep curiosity into the aspects of human nature, our relational patterns and what informs and shapes our way of being in the world. Within the unique therapeutic relationship is the opportunity for a person to ‘be seen’ at a very authentic and deep level. In this being seen, clients are supported to safely explore the often-hidden parts of themselves and step towards healing, emotional well-being and self-discovery.

As an integrative therapist I apply various models of therapy, with a blend of Person-centred, Narrative, Mindfulness + Somatic, Existential, Behavioural and Psychodynamic Therapies. In this way my clients lead the change they are seeking. They are supported to develop new insights, self-acceptance, hope, healing, and empowerment to manage their life’s challenges and create new possibilities.
