About me

My practice
Hello my name is Celia. I offer counselling to all ages to support healing clarity and reconnection. Here, I honour your whole being - mind, body, heart, and spirit.

I offer holistic counselling for adults and adolescents, and specialise in Synergetic Play Therapy for children and tweens. This approach is particularly effective for children and young people who have experienced trauma, providing a safe and supportive way to process big feelings, integrate challenging experiences and feel safe in their bodies. My work ensures that support is available not only for adults, but also for children and families who often find it harder to access trauma-informed care.

My role is to create a warm, attuned space where you or your child feels seen, supported, and safe to be exactly as you are. Together, we explore your inner world, increase emotional regulation, heal from stress or trauma, and rediscover what’s right—your innate capacity for healing, growth, and authentic connection with yourself and others.

I support people who have been impacted by domestic and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, low self-worth and parents needing guidance. I also help those feeling stuck, highly sensitive, or wanting to understand themselves more deeply.

I draw from a trauma-informed approach, nervous system awareness, Gestalt theory, mindfulness, neuroscience and attachment theory.

My work is deeply relational - I prioritise connection, safety, and presence in every session. I support each person in reconnecting with their body, gently exploring their experiences, and drawing on their values and resources as a foundation for healing.
