About me

My practice
We all go through times when we feel lost, lonely, confused and overwhelmed by life and our feelings. It is not always easy to be a human being, and during difficult moments it is natural and healthy to want to reach out for help and to be listened to.

I am a French-Australian PACFA registered counsellor & psychotherapist, and I offer therapy sessions in French and in English. I am currently based in the South of France, but I also propose only counselling sessions at a suitable time for you.

I offer a warm and non-judgemental environment, where you can safely explore your concerns. I am trained in Cognitive and Behavioural therapies but also offer different approaches based on your concerns.

As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), I am trained to assess and support young adults and adults with common mental health difficulties (anxiety, depression) but also qualified to treat other difficulties.

Making a decision to see a counsellor or other mental health practitioner can be a difficult one. It is hard to imagine what sessions will look like. Will I be comfortable discussing my concerns? How long will it take for treatment to work?

My practice is LGBTIQA+ inclusive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed.
