About me

My practice
I am a Registered Play Therapist and Adolescent Counsellor based in North Narrabeen. In 2025, I founded Child-Centred Sydney, a specialist counselling service for children aged 3 to 11 and adolescent girls between 12 and 16 years old.

Specialising in child-centred play therapy, activity therapy and person-centred counselling. My practice is evidence-based and trauma-informed, with a strong foundation in modern attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology. While my work with teenagers may draw from solution-focused, cognitive behavioural and sand tray therapeutic modalities, my primary clinical approach is rooted in person-centred theory.

Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy approach for children with its own theoretical framework. I have completed clinical training programs in CCPT both in Australia and the US, and am a Registered Play Therapist with the Australasia Pacific Play Therapy Association (RPT™ No. 25030).

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. While studying for this degree, I trained and gained experience as a youth mentor in local high schools for two years.

NB: In addition to running my own private practice, I have continued to see clients as an independent contractor at the Family Psychology Practice, where I completed my student work placement some years ago.
