About me

My practice
I am a non-binary poly-friendly kink-aware trauma-informed therapist with a special interest in working with neurodivergent and LGBTI folks (although all are welcome). I provide a mindful accepting presence, and typically use an eclectic approach that draws on concepts of embodiment, parts work, gentle experimentation, and deconstruction of the stories we tell ourselves. I also provide a coaching service for those who are looking for motivation and accountability.
