About me

My practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced person centred and holistic counsellor in women's health and wellbeing. I am known for creating an environment which is safe, warm and empathic and the ease in which I can facilitate the ever important connection between myself and my client.

Empowerment of the client is central. Taking the person in context of their whole life, both past and present, I support my clients in achieving their unique and individual counselling and therapy goals.

Coming from a background of 14 years in counselling women including counselling and running groups for a Women's Health Centre, I specialise and am experienced in the area of common issues impacting women of today.
