My practice
I aim to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and work towards acceptance of your past and present circumstances, thereby developing a more mindful and grounded presence from which positive change may come about. As we explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings, the safety of the therapeutic relationship may become a place to learn and grow. I am now completing level 1 of the Internal Family Systems Therapy training, and incorporating this modality into my work.
