About me

My practice
Many of us learn to hide parts of ourselves to fit in, succeed, or stay safe. But when self-protection becomes second nature, it can leave us feeling disconnected, anxious, or stuck. My work is about helping you move from coping to healing to flourishing. My heart lies with supporting two types of clients who have had to learn to hide parts of themselves - LGBTQIA+ individuals facing the challenges of rejection, shame, and self-acceptance, and those with High-Functioning Anxiety—perfectionists, deep thinkers, and self-sacrificers who struggle to slow down and self-soothe.
Drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based work, I help clients meet their denied parts and painful memories with compassion, creating space to understand the patterns keeping them stuck. Rather than relying on rigid techniques, this experiential, relational therapy fosters a shift from self-doubt to self-trust.
Clients often leave our work feeling they have re-experienced key difficult moments from their life with new clarity, along with fresh insights to break free from old patterns. If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consult to explore how I can support you on your journey.
