My practice
The Yellow Couch Counselling is a Private Practice that does sessions via Telehealth.

We focus on providing a confidential counselling service and specialise in treating a range of complex mental health issues including anxiety, BPD, ADHD, and relationships. Using a range of modalities, we are able to use evidence-based, solution focussed best practice to choose interventions that are most likely to bring about sustained and positive change.
