About me

My practice
A Clinical Counsellor, Therapist, and Accredited Supervisor, qualified in the use of expressive arts therapies. I bring to my practice an empathetic person-centred approach, evidence-based support for those experiencing trauma, drawing on over 10 years in private practice, my own lived experiences, and mindfulness practice. My strength lies in relationship and meaningful support of others, both with individuals and groups.

Recognising how important it is to work holistically with my clients, I do not follow a pre-set process; rather meet the client where they are. Offering a gentle, grounding space where the client can feel safe enough to explore what they seek to understand or change.

My work is underpinned by my recognition that the client is the expert of their world, and the importance of trust in the client-counsellor connection.

I have completed further studies in Cancer Survivorship, MI, ASD & Neurodiversity, Narrative Therapy, Sensorimotor Guided Drawing®, Meditation, Contemplation & Imagery, Aged Care & understanding Dementia and the NDIS.
