About me

My practice
I am dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most difficult and transformative experiences. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore the emotional challenges brought about by health issues, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.

I have a particular interest in supporting people impacted by cancer - Have you or someone you love just received a cancer diagnosis? Or are you in the depths of cancer treatment, struggling with side effects, just trying to get through? Or perhaps you’ve completed active treatment, and you’re now wondering why you don’t feel better?

I offer compassionate, confidential counselling to help navigate the emotional, psychological, and relational challenges that often accompany a cancer diagnosis. Whether you’re the person with the diagnosis, or a carer or family member, I can provide emotional support to manage intense and often complex feelings, as well as practical support to identify strategies and work through cancer-related difficulties.

With a gentle and grounded presence, I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are in life — with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, where healing begins through genuine connection and gentle exploration. My practice is guided by the belief that every individual holds the capacity for resilience and growth, even in the face of deep pain or uncertainty. I create a space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I offer person-centred supportive counselling, and draw from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

I understand that seeking counselling can feel daunting, and I'm here to listen.
