About me

My practice
I am a clinically registered counsellor with more than 14 years of experience across Hong Kong and Australia. My work is grounded in trauma‑informed and culturally responsive practice, supporting people navigating identity and migration stress, relationship and family challenges, trauma, mental health concerns, and alcohol and other drug issues. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and psychotherapy to help clients understand their stories, strengthen boundaries, regulate emotions and reconnect with a sense of agency and self.

Seed for Stories Therapy offers a calm, respectful space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe. I work primarily online via secure video, with Friday sessions and weekend availability by request. Face‑to‑face appointments in Midland can also be arranged on request. My practice is guided by values of dignity, cultural sensitivity, collaboration and transparency, supporting clients to move toward clarity, healing and meaningful change.

I’m happy to discuss payment options to keep therapy accessible. I can provide receipts for private health rebates, and concession rates are available for those who qualify. Rebates with Bupa, Medibank, ARHG and AHM may apply depending on your policy.
