About me

My practice
I have a Bachelor of Counselling, a GradCert in Psychology, a Masters in Mental Health, I have completed hypnotherapy training with Marissa Peer and I am a Master Reiki healer.

In my practice, I meet each person as they are, hurting, searching, overwhelmed, or simply ready to shift. I draw on every tool I’ve cultivated over years of experience: counselling methodologies, trauma-informed strategies, Reiki, and hypnotherapy. Each has its place, and I use them with care.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a holistic, responsive way of working—always led by the needs of the individual. I don’t just offer therapy. I offer a space where people can come home to themselves.
