My practice
I am a person-centered counsellor with a passion for supporting my clients to make the life changes they seek. I enjoy working collaboratively to help them navigate autonomously, a range of life's interpersonal and intra-personal challenges. With a passion for the trauma field and relationships, I am guided by a Trauma-Informed lens while utilising approaches such as Solution-Focused, Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory and a Systematic approach.
