About me

My practice
I work with adults primarily around alcohol, food and body image concerns. I am an Autistic ADHD therapist with lived experience of all of the above. My practice is Neuro & LGBTQI+ affirming and trauma informed. I have trained in Gabor Mate's year long Compassionate Inquiry for Professionals Program and I am a registered and certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor having been supervised and trained under the guidance of Evelyn Tribole.
