About me

My practice
My background in mental health, education and counselling has shaped my ability to guide the recovery journey. My counselling is informed by attachment theory, mindfulness and self-compassion practices, and by strengths-based modalities including mindfulness based CBT, ACT and Internal Family Systems. I treat people holistically and utilise a variety of somatic techniques to ground, centre and co-regulate those with histories of trauma or addiction informed by my training in movement therapy.
