Jo Gniel (she/her) is a certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor in training and a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. She is the founder of landscape of life; dedicated to building human connection; helping people create healthy relationships and wellbeing in all aspects of life.
As a relationship counsellor and psychotherapist, Jo integrates the paradigms and practices of modern psychology and neuroscience, Western relational psychology and Eastern contemplative practice to help individuals, couples and families develop a better understanding of themselves and others, navigate the challenges and transitions of life and make the changes they want in life.
