About me

My practice
I am currently seeing clients in-person adjoining the beautiful forest of the Dandenong Ranges near Melbourne, and online.

'As you are, you are welcome' is the invisible sign above my therapy room door. This speaks to my acceptance of each individual as a whole being, and to my trust in the human capacity for awareness, responsibility and empowerment. I believe that each time we encounter a challenge or difficulty in life it offers us an opportunity to learn more and inhabit our selves and life more deeply. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families in exploring, accessing and tending to the internal and external resources needed to take up such opportunities. I will wholeheartedly and collaboratively support you in finding your way through life challenges and towards your goals with warmth and compassion.

My practice is grounded in fifteen years of facilitating humanistic communication and relationship skills training for adults, youth and parents. Other areas of training, study and experience include Family Constellations in a one on one setting, Focusing, and secure functioning in diverse relationships. I am currently training in Integrative Attachment Therapy, a comprehensive approach to adult attachment repair, and offer the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) as a level one therapist.

I welcome clients of diverse ability, age, culture, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender identity, relationship structure and sexuality.

“The purpose of a human being is to participate in the flourishing of life” – Charles Eisenstein
