My practice
Sia is a registered clinical counsellor and psychotherapist with experience working with teens, adults, and couples. She is passionate about promoting a deeper understanding of mental health and supporting people through their unique challenges. Sia recognises that everyone faces difficulties at different times and works collaboratively with each individual to create positive change.

She also incorporates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Therapies when appropriate.
