About me

My practice
I have a background in Psychology, completing a PhD in women's mental health and sleep in 2013. I have since completed a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as training in Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness. I have lectured within the fields of Counselling and Psychology for 15 years. I currently work part-time as a Sessional Lecturer in Counselling at ACAP, alongside running a private practice.

I work predominantly from a humanistic - psychodynamic model. I am also trained in ACT.
