My practice
I offer individual and couples counselling to adults. In my counselling work I aim to create a structured and safe space for you to resolve troubling issues, life turning points, relationship dilemmas and problematic behaviours. I have 20 years experience working with relationships, addictions (substance misuse and gambling) trauma, and loss and grief issues. I have worked extensively with Individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community.
