About me

My practice
I specialise in relationship therapy. I enjoy working both with couples, wanting to resolve relationship difficulties, and with individuals looking to overcome blocks to having more fulfilling relationships. I support couples to work through the full range of couple relationship problems, including conflict and communication issues, affairs or other breaches of trust, distance in the relationship, sexual difficulties, issues with in-laws, and parenting issues.

For couple counselling, I primarily use the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach. In my individual counselling, I use an attachment coaching process that supports clients to transform problem patterns of relating into healthier ones.

I am committed to offering all clients a safe space and positive therapeutic environment.
