About me

My practice
I am a Masters-degree qualified community counsellor located in Brisbane, primarily visiting clients in their own homes and covering areas from the north Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich to the north side of Brisbane. I also offer telehealth appointments as an option.

I often work with NDIS participants who are experiencing chronic or progressive neurological disability. Many of my clients experience MS, MND or have experienced strokes or aneurysms. Discussions often centre around the existential, trauma, anger, and grief and loss - and everything in between. I work with several different therapeutic approaches (integrative), but I am always person-centred, meeting each client with warmth, authenticity and non-judgement. I strive hard to empower my clients to navigate their challenges utilising their own strengths to achieve their goals.
