My practice
I am a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Sydney, offering in-person and online psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and couples. My practice is grounded in the belief that meaningful change emerges through deep exploration of the emotional, relational, and unconscious patterns that shape our lives.
I provide a therapeutic space that invites reflection, insight, and the capacity to hold life’s complexity. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck—caught in patterns they can’t quite understand, repeating the same dynamics in relationships, or struggling to break free from ways of thinking and feeling that no longer serve them. Others feel a sense of emptiness, a loss of direction or purpose, or wonder why they don’t feel like themselves anymore—longing to reconnect with who they are beyond the societal roles and expectations.
My services include individual psychotherapy, couples’ therapy, and consultation and treatment for personality and mood-related conditions. Together, we will uncover the unconscious forces currently shaping your life by working at the level of core patterns and root causes—opening pathways toward healing, insight, and meaningful change.
My orientation is informed by contemporary psychodynamic and relational psychoanalytic theory, integrating perspectives from attachment theory, developmental psychology, and contemporary understandings of trauma. I work with clients navigating relational difficulties, identity struggles, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, dissociation, and experiences of fragmentation or disconnection.
In addition to my private practice, I have extensive experience working in inpatient mental health settings, providing therapeutic support to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I have also led long-term group therapy programs, delivered psychoeducational seminars for consumers and carers, and published articles exploring the intersections of borderline personality disorder, complex PTSD, dissociative identity disorder, and early attachment trauma.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Counselling and am a Registered Counsellor with PACFA and ARCAP. I am committed to ongoing professional development, lifelong self-reflection, and the ethical, thoughtful practice of psychotherapy.
I bring steadiness, curiosity, and deep respect to the therapeutic relationship—offering a space where complexity is approached not with superficial solutions, but with deep exploration, understanding, and lasting change.
