About me

My practice
Fiona provides counselling for the emotional aftermath of trauma, relationship harm, family violence, grief, life transitions, and other painful life experiences, while welcoming and respectfully holding your spiritual, faith-based worldview and values.

Fiona provides a warm, grounded space to

* make sense of what you’ve lived through
* rebuild self-trust
* strengthen boundaries, and
* move forward with greater clarity and choice.

When something painful, confusing or destabilising has happened, it can continue to affect

* how safe you feel
* how you see yourself, and
* how you move through relationships, with yourself and others.

Counselling with Fiona offers you space to

* slow things down
* feel heard without judgement, and
* begin making sense of what has happened at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

For clients seeking Christian counselling or wishing to include faith, spirituality, meaning, or spiritual questions in counselling, Fiona holds these areas with respect and sensitivity. Counselling remains client-led and centred on each person’s own values, beliefs, needs, choices and sense of safety.

Fiona is a member of PACFA, ACA, and CCAA, and her practice is supported by ongoing supervision and professional development.

Counselling is available in person in Warrandyte and Balwyn North (Victoria), and online across Australia.
