About me

My practice
I was born in Australia to Chinese-Vietnamese immigrant parents. I’ve spent most of my life living, studying and working in South West and Western Sydney which are the communities I still proudly serve today. Many of the people I work with come from a culturally diverse background.

My specialty is in problem gambling where I support anyone who is affected by gambling harm which includes partners and family members of people who gamble. I also support people navigating trauma from adverse childhood experiences, as well as those living with anxiety and depression.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you don’t have to explain your culture, justify your feelings, or minimise your experiences. You get to show up exactly as you are and I am here to help.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with PACFA and a private health insurance provider. I take an integrative approach drawing from a range of therapies such as CBT, DBT and ACT. After hours appointments available.
